Packaging :

  • 1 x 500g Bottle

Direction To Use :

Preparation:

  • Agitate or shake the resin bottle vigorously for at least one minute before pouring.
  • When using a material tray, stir the material with a soft spatula, taking care not to damage the tray's film.
  • The ideal working temperature for the resin is between 15°C and 30°C.

Design of the C&B Files:

  • After obtaining intraoral scans from the patient, the crown or bridge is designed and provided in STL file format by a dental designservice or lab.
  • Ensure that the working temperature remains between 15°C and 30°C.

Printing Process:

  • Wear protective gear including nitrile gloves, protective clothing, goggles, and/or face protection during processing.
  • Shake the material thoroughly for at least 3 minutes before pouring into the clean tray of the 3D printer.
  • Avoid exposing the printing resin to daylight during decanting.
  • Apply the recommended D Tech Accuprint C&B settings specific to your 3D printer.
  • Check for air bubbles between the build platform and the tray before each print to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Use caution to avoid damaging the FEP film when handling the resin.

Washing of 3D C&B:

  • After printing, detach the print objects from the build platform using the supplied spatula.
  • Clean the print object in two steps with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) using a cleaning bath:
    • 1st Wash: Clean for 1 minute and 30 seconds in an IPA solution.
    • 2nd Wash: Thoroughly clean for 1 minute and 30 seconds using fresh IPA.

Finishing and Post-Curing:

  • Remove support structures, if present, with a fine diamond bur.
  • Ensure that the printed object is not deformed.
  • Post-cure the cleaned print objects to achieve the required material properties and biocompatibility, following the recommended curing profiles.
    • Example curing profiles: Asiga Flash Cure (low power) for 30 minutes or Ackuretta
    • Curie (High power flashing system) for 10 minutes.
  • Remove any support marks and polish with cotton and leather polishing wheels for 1 minute each.
  • For a better look and polish, consider using D Tech Pro-Glaze liquid and follow the provided instructions.
