Langer Curette is used during periodontal surgery and application for soft tissue degranulation.All Langer curette have 90 degree angle between the terminal shank and blade face for adaptation on both mesial and distal surface without changing instruments.Shank angulation is ideal for difficult to reach areas. Langer Curette 1/2 is used for Mandibular Posterior.
