Reinforcement Mesh :

The inherent brittleness of acrylic denture base material exposes dentures to the risk of breakages and midline fractures. MAARC reinforcement mesh, available in golden or plain stainless steel (316 grade), is manufactured with a thickness of less than 0.25mm. The close perforations in the mesh contribute to acrylic homogeneity and ease of adaptability. By sandwiching the reinforcement mesh between layers of acrylic during denture processing, it renders the denture virtually unbreakable.

Intended use / Indications :

Reinforce the denture and reduces the chances of midline fracture of the denture.

• These Mesh are very much flexible and can easily adapt any shape.
• It is 0.25 mm thin so can be easily layered between acrylic.
