Twin Kleen is a gentle chelating agent containing HEBP with short-term compatibility with sodium hypochlorite. This unique combination effectively eliminates debris impaction in anatomical irregularities and reduces Accumulated Hard Tissue Debris (AHTD). Additionally, it prevents smear layer formation during rotary instrumentation. When mixed with sodium hypochlorite, Twin Kleen offers a versatile solution that can replace the irrigation sequence, serving as a comprehensive irrigating solution during instrumentation and as a final rinse.
