The Enamel Adjustment Kit is specifically crafted for intra-oral adjustments of natural dentition or porcelain surfaces, providing the necessary tools for precise and fine adjustments. This kit is invaluable in dental practices for achieving very fine adjustments of natural teeth or porcelain restorations directly in the patient's mouth. Furthermore, it facilitates high-gloss polishing of the adjusted surfaces, making it ideal for post-cosmetic contouring polishing procedures.  

Indications :

• Use Dura-White stones in FL2, RD1 and TC1 shapes for adjusting
• Use Ceramisté Standard for prepolishing
• Use Ceramisté Ultra (yellow band) for polishing
• Use Ceramisté Ultra II (white band) for high gloss polishing in Knife, Wheel and Bullet shapes

Direction To Use :

• Use appropriate protective equipment: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, a face mask, and gloves, to protect yourself and your patient.
• Select the appropriate grit: Shofu Dura Green Stones FG come in a range of grit sizes, from coarse to fine. Select the appropriate grit size for the task at hand, keeping in mind that a coarser grit will remove material more quickly but may result in a rougher surface, while a finer grit will remove material more slowly but may result in a smoother surface.
• Use water or a lubricant: Use water or a lubricant such as a dental handpiece lubricant to cool the stone and prevent heat buildup, which can damage the tooth structure or restorative material and cause discomfort to the patient.
• Apply light pressure: Apply light pressure to the stone while it's in motion to avoid overheating the tooth or restorative material.
• Use the appropriate speed: Use the appropriate speed for the handpiece and the task at hand. Generally, a higher speed is used for cutting and a lower speed is used for polishing and finishing.
• Clean and sterilize: After use, clean and sterilize the stones according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent cross-contamination and ensure that they remain in good condition for future use.
