The introduction of SUPERENDO SUPER GOLD FLEX ROTARY FILES marks a significant advancement in rotary files for root canal procedures. These files are of exceptionally high quality, durability, and boast fine features, all offered at a competitive price point in dentistry. The manufacturing process of these files prioritizes flexibility and reduced shape memory, allowing dentists to easily pre-bend them and treat curvatures without difficulty. This is achieved through a martensitic phase, ensuring that the files recover their shape upon heating above transformation temperatures, making them ideal for various applications.

The Super Gold Files feature a variable taper design that enhances dentin cutting while preserving it effectively. Additionally, this design minimizes constant contact between the dentin and the file's cutting edges, reducing stress on the file during procedures.

Made up of high-quality thermo-mechanically processed Controlled Memory NiTi Wires.

Packaging:

  • 1 x Pack of 6 files

Driection to Use:

  • Prepare straight line access to the canal orifice
  • Explore the canal using small sized hand files
  • Establish working length using a no.10 k file
  • Frequently irrigate, recapitulate and re-irrigate the canal throughout the procedure, minimally after using each file
  • If necessary, use the orifice opener Sx with a brushing motion to move the coronal aspect of the canal away from the furcation area and/or to create more coronal shape
  • Establish glide path using no.15 k file or glide path files
  • Use the shaper file S1, with a brushing action, until working length is reached
  • Use the S2 file in the same manner as that of S1until working length is reached
  • Use Finishing File F1, in a “non-brushing” action, with each insertion deeper than the previous insertion until working length is reached.
  • Gauge the foramen with a 20 hand file. If the instrument is snug at length, the canal is shaped and ready to be obturated
  • If the 20 hand file is loose at length, proceed to the F2 and, when necessary the F3, with the same non-brushing motion to working length
  • Prior to obturation, the smear layer has to be removed and final rinse should be done using an activated irrigation technique.
