Waldent NanoBond Universal Adhesive

Waldent NanoBond Universal Adhesive, a light-curing, one-component 5th generation bonding agent designed for use in conjunction with adhesive restorations. Developed for bonding composites and compomers to tooth structures, as well as for bonding indirect restorations like porcelain. This adhesive combines primer and bonding resin in a single bottle. To prepare the tooth structure, apply Etchant Gel 37% before using NanoBond.  

Indications:

• Adhesive for direct, light-curing and dual-curing composite and compomer restorations.
• Adhesive for light-initiated resin cements used in conjunction with indirect all-ceramic and composite restorations (inlays, onlays, veneers and full-coverage crowns)
• Used to provide the adhesion of composites on enamel and dentin. Further, it improves the adhesion between glass-ionomer lining cement and composite fillings (sandwich technique).

Storage:  
Do not freeze. Do not expose to direct light or other heat source. Place cap on syringe after us. Storage time is 2 year suntil 23 ºC ±2.

Driection to Use:

• Isolation : Rubber dam is the preferred method of isolation.  
• Cavity preparation : Prepare cavity with minimal tooth reduction. Bevel cavo surface enamel margins.  
• Etching : Apply etchant to enamel and dentin. Wait 15 seconds. Rinse for 10 seconds. Blot excess water using a cotton pellet or mini-sponge. The surface should appear glistening without pooling of water.
• Adhesive : Immediately after blotting, apply 2-3 consecutive coats of Nano-Bond to etched enamel and dentin for 15 seconds with gentle agitation using a fully saturated applicator. Gently air thin for 5 seconds to evaporate solvents. Light cure for 20-30 seconds.
