SuperEndo Safety Memory Disc:

SuperEndo Safety Memory Discs serve as reusable accessories designed to complement endodontic files, compatible with both sterile and non-sterile instruments. These discs feature a small, thin colored silicone disc, acting as a fatigue control tool for endodontic instruments. With 4 or 8 detachable petal-shaped sections, users manually remove petals after each use. The remaining petals serve as an indicator for future uses. Delivered separately and non-sterile, these discs come in standard packaging.

Driection to Use:

• Insert the Safety Memory Discs (SMD) in your file before using it for the first time.
• Remove one petal of Safety Memory Disc after each use.
• The remaining petals will denote the number of times the file can be used safely without breakage.

For rotary instruments, one to six petals are removed from the flange after each treatment. The number of remaining petals indicates the further possible uses :

• 2 petal corresponds to simple cases(S), that is, straight, slightly curved or wide canals, Radius ≧ 25mm
• 4 petal correspond to moderately complex cases (M), that is, more curved or narrow canals, Radius 25 until 11 min.
• 6 petal correspond to difficult cases, i.e. canals with extreme curvature, S-shaped, very narrow or calcified. Radius ≦11 min.

Warranty:

• No Manufacturer/Importer warranty as applicable for this product
• Service and Warranty  are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
• Dentalkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
• Dentalkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties  only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
