The primary role of the LED D Curing Light is to emit high-power blue light, emanating from a 3W LED light source delivering wavelengths between 420nm to 480nm. This wavelength range is optimal for dental use, facilitating effective curing and material solidification. When using the LED D Curing Light, caution must be exercised to avoid direct eye exposure to the blue light, directing it straight at the composite resin for best solidification results. The device offers multiple operational modes like full power, ramping mode, and pulse mode, selectable via the mode button. Solidification time can be adjusted using the time button, ranging from 5 to 40 seconds. The power button manages blue light emission, ensuring precise control during dental procedures. The optical fiber requires sterilization before each use, while other parts can be cleaned with water or neutral sterilizing agents. Equipped with an overheat protection system, the curing light allows continuous operation within specified time constraints.

Direction to Use

• Start by fully charging the device. Recharge the battery for at least 4 hours before the first-time usage.
• Familiarize yourself with the basic operation techniques and read the instruction manual carefully. Ensure that you have a general knowledge of dental restoration, dental treatment, and dental whitening.
• Install the components of the LED.D curing light as follows:
• Take off the red cap from the optical fiber and insert the metal part into the front of the main unit, securely screwing the fiber to the end.
• Fix the light hood on the bottom of the optical fiber.
• Set the working mode by pressing the mode button on the device. The corresponding indicator will turn on to indicate the selected mode. There are three working modes available:

• Full power mode: In this mode, the blue light radiates at full power.
• Ramping mode: The blue light power gradually increases and reaches its highest power 5 seconds later.
• Pulse mode: The blue light works in a pulsating pattern.
• Set the solidifying time by pressing the time button on the device. You can choose from 8 different working times: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 seconds.

• If you select 5 seconds, the blue light will shine at a higher intensity (1500mW/cm² to 1700mW/cm²).
• If you select 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 seconds, the blue light will shine at a slightly lower intensity (1000mW/cm² to 1200mW/cm²).
• To start or stop emitting the blue light, aim the optical fiber at the desired position and press the power button on the device.
• During the operation, you can stop the blue light at any time by pressing the power button.
• The LED.D curing light is equipped with a battery detect circuit. If low power is detected, the indicator on the device will blink, indicating the need for charging. Please charge the device promptly to ensure uninterrupted usage.
• After use, clean the optical fiber with a calico to remove any remaining resin and maintain its effectiveness.
• The LED.D curing light will automatically turn off if no action occurs within 2 minutes. You can turn it back on by pressing any button.
• Please note that the LED.D curing light emits a high-intensity blue light, so avoid direct irradiation to the eyes. Take precautions to protect the patient's eyes and wear appropriate eye protection when necessary.

Warranty

The manufacturer/importer provides a 5-year warranty for the PCB (Power Circuit Board) starting from the date of the invoice, and a 12-month warranty covers all other parts of the product, excluding physical damage. Service and warranty matters for this product are directly managed by the manufacturer/importer.

Both Sudenkart and the buyer agree that any warranties for the products are solely provided by the original manufacturer/importer. Claims for returns and replacements must be directed to the relevant manufacturer/importer, although Sudenkart may aid customers in requesting product servicing or replacements.

The buyer understands that once products are sold, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless the package seal or product remains intact and unaltered.
